MDB is a great framework with beautiful CSS elements and JS animations. What is most interesting about MDB is its ease of use! All you have to do is download a zip, extract it, and start editing the index.html as per your requirements. Refer to the MDB site for more details on how to get started. You can also use other frameworks of your choice such as Pure CSS, or Material Design Lite and others. Choose a framework that suits your need. When selecting a framework, be sure to check its browser and device compatibility, support available, updates and popularity.
